Q: Do we need to sign a rental contract with a pre-defined rental period with you?
A: No, customers simply pay according to the diminishing Rental Price System.
The longer rental period you rent the higher discount you get.

2. Product Availability
Q: What is your best delivery lead-time?
A: All quoted instruments are in-stock but subject to prior rent.
And it is normally 2-3 business days of local area. You may view our inventory on-line at: http://www.ezurentals.com

3. Rental Only
Q: Do you provide different services other than rental?
A: Yes, we also provide rent-to-own, finance lease and sales of ex-rental instrument, calibration services, annual maintenance contract, lab rental services etc.

4. Consumable Parts / Accessories
Q: Does the rental charge including unlimited supplies of consumable? e.g. recorder paper or ink?
A: No, we provide standard accessories and consumables as per the manual indicated. If you need extra consumables you may order from us or the products manufacturer at an extra charge.

5. Technical Support During Rental Period
Q: What kind of support does EZU will provide?
A: We are enthusiastically to support our customer base on our products specifications. It is difficult for us to support the instruments, which are connected, or in place to the "DUT" or site for specified test.

6. Missing Accessories After Return Of The Instrument
Q: What is the arrangement if I loss some accessories during the rental period?
A: We will notify you immediately and we need you to return the said accessories within 7 days. If not, we will charge you the actual cost of the accessories as purchased from the manufacturer.

7. Including Accessories
Q: Is it including the accessories for operation?
A: Yes, all our instruments are including standard accessories as manufacturers indicated on the manual or the catalog.

8. Miss Use Of The Instruments
Q: What if I accidentally input a wrong signal into the instrument and it is out of order now?
A: Customer should responsible for the repair cost if we found the unit was obviously human fault / miss-used. For example: Customer input a signal higher than the maximum limit of a spectrum analyzer which cannot withstand.

Q: What kind of advice does EZU can provide?
A: We will try our best to answer our customer's questions. However, all our recommendations are for your reference only. Please consult your technical specialist to confirm the applicability.

10. Purchase The Instruments Under Rental Period
Q: Can we purchase the instrument that we have on rental?
A: No, unless customer has a prior Rent-To-Own agreement or arrangement with EZU.

11. Rental Period Including Holidays
Q: Is the rental period including public holidays?
A: Yes, our calculation is based on calendar day and public holiday is included in the rental period.

12. Deposit
Q: Do we need to pay a security deposit?
A: You may need to pay a security deposit or you may apply the credit account from us.

13. Packing
Q: Does the instrument properly packed for transportation?
A: We will pack the instrument by special tailored-to-instrument packing material(Sealed Air Co.) to ensure no damage during transportation. Customers are also requested to properly pack the instruments after rental period. The customer will be charge if the return instruments damage caused by insufficient packing materials.

14. Accessories List
Q: What is the accessories list?
A: An accessories list is come with instrument which shows which accessories are attached. Customer should receive all accessories state in the list all received together with the rental instrument. If not, customer should report to EZU immediately. Customer should return the whole set of accessories shown on the list and rental instrument while the rental period ends.

15. Instant Swap Repair Service (ISR)
Q: What is the ISR?
A: Instant Swap Repair (ISR) is an exclusive benefit for EZU Rentals Plan items EZU provides you a Free Instant Swap Repair Service to guarantee the rental instruments are always "Truly Non-Stop Operation".

When EZU customers place a rental order with quantity of 10 identical instruments* or more, they can get more than one Free identical unit for their back up within the entire rental period. You don't need to worry about the delay time due to the delivery of replacement items, because the spare units are already at your site!!
Benefits:

- Easy, instantly swap the faulty instruments with the spare one that already at your site; ensure "Truly Non-Stop Operation" due to eliminate down time.
- Greatly increase productivity and efficiency due to eliminate down time.

* All rental instruments can only enjoy the ISR should be same model and options.
# The spare instruments for ISR are identical / same as the rental instrument model and options and while stocks last.

16. Rent Free Period (RFP)
Q: What is the RFP?
A: Rent Free Period (RFP) is also an exclusive benefit for EZU Rentals Plan items Now, EZU customers who place a rental order and accumulate the rental period over 6 months#. They will enjoy extra two week or more RENT FREE PERIOD.
 
The Longer You Rent, The Higher Rebate You Get.

Benefits:
- No fix contract, just accumulate the rental period.
- The longer you rent, the longer rent-free period you get.
# The individual rental orders will accumulate the rental terms only suitable for the same instruments. And the identical unit will be applied to Rent Free Period. TSP cannot be accumulated with rental period.
