1. Delivery Charge
Q: Do you deliver rental instrument to our project site?
A: Yes, we will provide free delivery and collection service. We will delivery anywhere in Hong Kong provided that it is accessible by our van / truck.

2. Arrangment Of Faulty Instrument
Q: What happen if instrument that we rented develop a problem or failure?
A: Call or e-mail us the problem you encountered. Our support engineer will talk through the problem with you or e-mail the possible solution to you. If we cannot sort out the problem with you, we will send you an identical unit or similar possible replacement.

3. Insurance
Q: Do I need to arrange insurance coverage for the unit under rental in our premises?
A: Optional. EZU do not cover any loss or damages of rented instrument. Customer should bear the risk of stolen or any kinds of losses of rented instrument.

4. Demonstration / Training
Q: Since we are not familiar with the instrument that you quote. Can I test or verify your unit whether it is applicable or not? Do you provide training as well?
A: Yes, we can arrange free demo in our technical center upon request for maximum one hour and 2 testing objects. It aims to ensure the quoted instrument is applicable to your application.

5. Not Suitable For Application
Q: If I rent an instrument and found it is not applicable for our project. What can I do?
A: Don't panic! We will try to find out the suitable units for your application.

6. Rental Day Calculation
Q: How to calculate the rental period?
A: If you are renting one month from us. The rental period will be start and end at the same date in each month which both day inclusive. If the collection day is holiday, we will collect it after the holiday in most of the cases.

7. Use Outside Hong Kong
Q: Can we take the on rent instruments to be used outside Hong Kong?
A: Yes, but customer must get the consent from EZU prior ship out the rental instrument. You also need to follow the government import/export regulation of Hong Kong. You need to arrange the insurance coverage in order to insure the on rent units.

8. Does The On Rent Instruments Calibrated?
Q: Are all the instruments calibrated?
A: All our instruments are calibrated. Each rental instrument must attach its calibration certificate. And we will do a function check before ship out every time. If the customer wants to re-calibrate prior rent, we will charge them the actual calibration cost. (Data report at an extra charge) return to calibration

9. Rental Period Calculate Per Day
Q: Can I rent the instrument on a daily basis?
A: Yes, after initial one month, EZU will charge on a per diem basis of any consecutive rental which is less than a month. The extra day may cost at a rate of 1/30 of the current monthly rate disregard the number of days of the month.

10. Installation
Q: Do you provide installation service?
A: Yes but on a general level. It is because we are not familiar with customer's particular application. So we may provide installation service on a selected item at an extra cost. Please consult our sales specialist before you place an order.

11. Temporary Suspend Period (TSP)
Q: What is the TSP?
A:

Now you can enjoy our "Temporary Suspend Period (TSP)" at anytime.
After the Long Term Plan instrument is rented for 2 consecutive months or more, then you will get more than a month of TSP.

When will you nedd TSP?
- When the short / long term hoildays within the rental period.
- When the Engineering schedule is suspended or changed suddenly.
How TSP helps you?
- TSP is the way let you more flexible to manage and temporary suspend the rental period.
- NO RENTAL FEE WILL BE CHARGE WITHIN TSP, and you can continue the rental period after the TSP or before.
- TSP truthfully gives you "Rental Period Is Your Actual Used Period".
- Enjoy your accumulated long-term rental discount.
