Normally, we quote with the first month rental price and we call this price as the basic rent. |

First payment will include the rental fee of the first month basic rent + security deposit

Second and subsequent payments are paid for the monthly rental price only. Payment should be made in advance for every new rental month begins |

Calculation only starts from the date you receive the instrument. |

A whole month rental period calculate from the date you rent and end on the same date of next month. e.g. Begins on 12 March, the 1st month rental period ends on 12 April |

For any rental is longer than a month, the rental period for the last rental month is calculated on a per diem basic at the rate of 30 days of the basic rent |
